Tecnam and Evionica announced a strategic partnership focused on redefining digital flight training. What's on the table? A fully integrated, next-generation Computer-Based Training program for the Tecnam P-Mentor, tailored to meet the demands of modern flight schools and students worldwide. This CBT represents a leap forward in how ground training can be delivered. Designed to support PPL, IR, and UPRT training within a single, adaptable platform, the P-Mentor CBT combines immersive graphics, operational accuracy, and user-focused design — all built on the backbone of Tecnam’s real-world aircraft data and decades of training heritage.

Mateusz Godun, CEO of Evionica commented: “From the outset of our collaboration with Tecnam, we shared a clear vision: to shape the future of aviation training through innovation and partnership. The P-Mentor CBT is a tangible result of that vision — a product born from shared expertise, mutual respect, and a deep understanding of what modern flight schools need. With Tecnam’s aircraft insights and our digital learning design, we’ve created a training solution that is not only immersive and intuitive, but truly aligned with the demands of today’s pilot education.Tecnam’s commitment to training innovation made this collaboration incredibly effective. By combining our digital training expertise with Tecnam’s aircraft knowledge, we’ve created a CBT that proves how collaboration can deliver more meaningful, effective solutions than working in isolation. This approach not only strengthens our product offering but also encourages a more connected, inclusive future for aviation training.”

Walter Da Costa, Tecnam’s Chief Sales Officer, stated: “Evionica has brought an impressive level of professionalism and digital know-how to this collaboration. The P-Mentor is central to our vision of a comprehensive, modern flight training ecosystem — and now, thanks to this CBT, operators have a powerful tool to deliver theory and procedures in a format students understand. Together, we are shaping the standard for next-generation pilot training.”

Evionica’s development team worked hand-in-hand with Tecnam engineers and pilots to ensure the CBT is not only technically precise but deeply informed by operational experience. From detailed system animations to scenario-based modules, every feature of the CBT reflects the real-world behavior of the P-Mentor and its role in contemporary aviation training environments.
