Country: Russian Federation

Charterscanner has signed a cooperation agreement with the VIS system, a service which allows tracking the flight status at the terminal of Vnukovo-3 in real time. This platform is developing and has already been connected to 12 airports of business aviation in Russia.

Today the users of VIS are operators, owners of business jets, as well as some brokers. Now the system will be also available for the Charterscanner users.

"The main advantage of the VIS is of course significant time savings, there is no need to call the operator’s representative or dispatch service to find out information," - commented Vitaly Budich, Head of IT Department of Vnukovo-3.

Charterscanner is a B2C system for private jet booking, which brings together more than 270 operators and 2600 passengers of business aviation around the world. Managers of the company verify every user of the platform to ensure the relevance of all requests for a flight. The service concept is based on the principle of transparency - a user always knows what for and how much to pay, all prices for a flight are quoted directly by operators, and the cost of additional services are strictly fixed.

In November 2016 Charterscanner celebrates its third anniversary in the market of business aviation. "It has been a long, hard road., - said Vladislav Zenov, CEO of the company – our idea was to create a fully automated platform that would allow users to book a business jet directly from operators online. However, we have realized, even if not immediately, that is very difficult to "teach" customers to order a jet via the application, they often need individual approach. So now we are focused on our client service and we have implemented Charterscanner Assist». This service stands for full control of a flight by a manager of the company, taking into account the cumulative experience in the organization of more than 3,000 flights; an assistant informs passengers about the status of preparation of an aircraft via SMS or WhatsApp notifications. If a user confirms a flight directly with an operator within the system, he can also purchase a package of SMS notifications.

"Integration with the VIS will allow us to provide our customers with information about the status of the flight more quickly, - said Igor Alekhin, co-founder of Charterscanner, - business aviation market is developing rapidly, we place emphasis on transparency of operations and automation. And we are glad that there are other services that share our values. "
