Dassault’s 2017 Falcon Maintenance & Operations (M&O) Seminars will kick off April 11th in West Palm Beach, Florida. The seminars will make their way to eight cities around the world before concluding in Mahwah, New Jersey, on May 18th.
This year, for the first time, the Seminar Series was preceded by a special forum tailored to the needs of operators of older, out-of-production models like the Falcon 10, Falcon 20 and Falcon 50. This event, called Falcon Classic, took place on February 1st, in Dallas, Texas.
“The M&O Seminar Series has been an annual tradition since 1966, attracting hundreds of attendees between multiple venues,” said Jacques Chauvet, Dassault Aviation Senior Vice President of Worldwide Falcon Customer Service. ”But we also recognized that many of the earliest Falcons that we built are still flying. The Falcon Classic forum, which drew over 100 operators, was created to address the needs of this very unique community.”
As in previous editions, this year’s M&O Series will provide in-depth information on Dassault’s latest products and services, including the FalconResponse portfolio of AOG support services, along with demonstrations of the company’s latest performance software and app solutions and tips on how to keep Falcon aircraft up to the most advanced technological standards. Dassault Aviation’s partners will be present at each seminar location to answer Falcon operators’ questions.
Seminars will include model-specific and general technical sessions addressing operational and technical topics ranging from troubleshooting solutions to reliability improvements and STC updates. Dedicated pilot sessions led by Falcon Pilot Support Teams will keep Falcon flight crews abreast of the latest developments in flight operations.
More than 2,100 Falcons are currently flying, with 1,225 operators around the world, in 90 countries.
