ALSIM and Orbit Groundschool announced a strategic partnership to jointly develop an advanced, automated pilot selection and evaluation tool. This collaboration combines ALSIM’s extensive experience in flight simulation technology with Orbit Groundschool’s expertise in aviation training and assessment. The new system aims to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and fairness of pilot selection through data-driven evaluation and intelligent automation. Both companies are committed to innovating solutions that support the next generation of pilot training and selection/evaluation standards worldwide.

Audrey Jeffroy, Sales and Marketing Director at ALSIM commented: “This collaboration represents an important step forward in the modernization of pilot assessment. Together with Orbit Groundschool, we’re leveraging technology to better identify and support future aviation professionals.”

Niko Gerrits, Managing Director of Orbit Groundschool, stated: “This automatic pilot selection tool will greatly enhance the ability to assess and determine the core pilot competencies needed for aspiring pilots in a real-world environment using our ALSIM ALX training device”.

The  development  of the system is already underway, with further announcements expected as the  project progresses.
