Rotortrade delivers two Airbus H145D3 multirole helicopters to Omni Taxi Aéreo

Rotortrade announced successful delivery of two Airbus H145D3 multirole helicopters to Omni Taxi Aéreo, a leader in the aviation Brazilian market delivering vertical air solutions. This strategic transaction further strengthens Rotortrade’s footprint in South America, further diversifies Omni’s fleet to grow Latin America’s largest civil rotorcraft network, and reflects the deepening of a trusted partnership with both Omni and Milestone Aviation. The aircraft, delivered in early 2025, are H145D3s, recognized for their advanced avionics, mission versatility, and low operating costs. The aircraft are expected to start operations in Salvador, Brazil, to support offshore operations for Petrobras from July 2025.

The aircraft agreement was developed in collaboration with Omni, Milestone Aviation, and Rotortrade. This multi-party approach ensured alignment across negotiation, inspection, customization, and delivery.
