Rotortrade delivered a Leonardo AW119Ke (YOM 2010, S/N 14762) to Aeromaster SA LLC, supporting air operations for VIP and authorities’ transportation, Oil industries and Medevac missions in Ecuador. The aircraft was previously operated by the South African Red Cross Air Mercy Service as an EMS platform. Following its arrival in Quito in late October, it was delivered to its new Ecuador-based operator, Aeromaster Airways S.A., and is now being integrated into local operations for VIP transportation, government authorities, the oil industry, and Medevac missions.
This transaction reflects Rotortrade’s end-to-end capabilities across sourcing, transaction structuring, technical oversight, and international logistics. Working in close coordination with Aeromaster and AMS, Rotortrade managed the technical inspection process, aircraft preparation, administrative procedures, and cross-continental transport to ensure a smooth transition from Africa to Latin America.
Completed in record time, the project led on behalf of Rotortrade by Gabriel Durif, Sales Manager South America, was driven by strong alignment between both teams, ensuring a smooth cross-continental transfer and seamless entry into service in Ecuador.
Raymond Lubrano, EVP Head of Region LATAM at Rotortrade, commented: “This transaction highlights the strength of our regional coordination and our commitment to delivering operational aircraft where they are needed most. Latin America continues to show strong demand for EMS platforms, and our ability to move aircraft efficiently across continents reflects the depth of our network and the professionalism of our teams. Strengthening our relationship with Aeromaster through projects like this supports our long-term development strategy in the region.”
Roberto Damone, Attorney in Fact of Aeromaster SA LLC stated: “This transaction reflects the structured and transparent way Rotortrade manages complex cross-border projects. From technical oversight to logistics and administrative coordination, the process was handled with efficiency and clarity at every stage. Rotortrade’s combination of global reach and strong local expertise in Latin America makes them a reliable and solid partner for operators. We value their service-driven approach and look forward to continuing our collaboration on future opportunities.”
Beyond the delivery, the transaction further reinforces the strategic relationship between Rotortrade and Aeromaster, laying the groundwork for additional cooperation in Latin America and other key markets.
