Pula Aviation Services Limited has further strengthened its portfolio of aviation businesses with the acquisition of UK-based aircraft maintenance provider, JMI-Jet Maintenance International Limited. This strategic acquisition enhances PASL's aircraft maintenance capabilities, adding JMI's well-established base at London Oxford Airport and its line station at London Biggin Hill to the group's existing footprint.
Steve Page, CEO of PASL, commented: "This acquisition aligns with our group strategy to expand core capabilities across the aviation support services. JMI complements our existing aircraft maintenance offering at ASG, our parts supply business Airpart, and our special missions aircraft operations. It also broadens our maintenance approvals, particularly across the Textron jet series and Dassault Falcon aircraft, unlocking further opportunities for growth across the group."
JMI founder Ed Griffith remains fully involved in leading the business as Managing Director. He will be supported by JMI's experienced management team and the wider PASL group infrastructure, ensuring a smooth transition with continued high-quality service for customers, suppliers, and staff:"Joining PASL marks an exciting new chapter for JMI," said Ed Griffith. "With the backing of a well-established aviation group, we gain access to greater resources, investment, and operational expertise. This partnership strengthens our ability to grow, expand our service offering, and continue delivering the exceptional maintenance support our clients rely on."
Founded in 2018, JMI is a fully independent MRO provider, offering base maintenance, line support, and AOG services to aircraft owners and operators across the UK and Europe. Operating out of an 18,000 sq. ft. hangar at Oxford, JMI specialises in engine and airframe maintenance, structural repairs, avionics upgrades, interior modifications and aircraft painting support. JMI joins PASL's group of operating companies, which includes ASG, Airpart, Centreline and Pula Aircraft Sales.
