Textron Aviation announced that Starlink’s high‑speed internet solution is now available for Hawker 700, 800 and 900 series aircraft, following the Federal Aviation Administration’s approval of AeroMech’s Supplemental Type Certificate. The STC incorporates the Starlink Aviation Performance Kit, leveraging Starlink’s advanced constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites to deliver reliable connectivity throughout every phase of flight — including over land, water and remote regions where traditional in‑flight Wi‑Fi often lacks coverage.

Brad White, senior vice president, Customer Support commented: “Hawker operators continue to look to Textron Aviation for long-term care and upgrade solutions that ensure their aircraft remain mission-ready in today’s operating environment. By listening closely to our customers to expand Starlink availability, we are reinforcing our commitment to supporting the Hawker fleet.”

Hawker 700, 800 and 900 series operators can now schedule installation of the Starlink Aviation Performance Kit at Textron Aviation’s North American Service Centers and select international locations. The next‑generation Starlink system delivers true high‑performance connectivity in flight — supporting streaming, video conferencing, gaming and other bandwidth‑intensive applications — with download speeds up to 1 Gbps, upload speeds up to 100 Mbps and latency as low as 20 ms.
