Three people have been seriously injured and sent to hospital after a light aircraft crashed in a scenic spot in Xinxiang, Central China's Henan Province on Friday morning, CCTV News reported.
The crash happened at around 9:20 a.m. when the glider was performing a trail flight at Xiangshui River Water Park in Wulong Mountain in Huixian City, the source said via its official Sina Weibo account.
The three people on board, one pilot and two were staff with the scenic administration department, was carried by the aircraft for sight-seeing plunged in the scenic spot. The water park planned to launch the amusement project during the National Day holiday.
