airBaltic announces a unique Behind the Scenes Technical Department event on April 25, 2024 in its technical facilities in Riga—an unprecedented opportunity for professionals across various technical fields to explore the aviation industry from the inside and for those considering new career opportunities. This initiative is designed to attract individuals from diverse technical backgrounds, including civil engineering, transportation, vehicle mechanics, and more, offering them a unique glimpse into the airline's daily operations in its modern hangar and encouraging them to consider joining the airBaltic team.

The open day at airBaltic is scheduled for April 25, 2024, starting at 17:00 at the airBaltic technical facilities in Riga, Latvia (Tehnikas Street 3, Marupe County, Riga district). This year, airBaltic plans to hire more than 100 professionals in 40 positions within its Technical department.
