Mr. Irakli is a serial entrepreneur who became a huge player in business aviation after starting his first European company, Maltese AOC holder Emperor Aviation LTD, in 2013. He is the owner and founder of the Aim of Emperor international group of companies. This group consists of 15 companies specialized in charter brokerage, international aircraft handling, aircraft, helicopter and yacht sales and acquisition, travel divisions, and marketing divisions. The Aim of Emperor group has more than 200 employees and represents HondaJet and Daher Kodiak aircraft on the territory of all FSU countries. Irakli and his team reached another significant milestone in 2020. they established SkyLight air operator, a new Eastern European air carrier with its own AOC. In 2021, Irakli and his partner launched Mirai Flights, a service for instant booking charter flights with price transparency and focus on the UK, Europe, Middle East, and the CIS states.
